Q. 01 Who are known as Jain ?

Ans : Those who follows Jineshwar Bhagwan and who try to overcome Raag and Dwesh (attachment and Detachment). There is no restrictions regarding Cast, Creed, Country etc, to follow Jain religion.

Ans : Right Knowledge, Right Faith (Understanding), and Right Conduct (Living).

Ans : In simple words 'Dharma' means the duty. ' Atmashudhi Sadhanam Dharmah'. The process of purifying soul is Dharma (Religion). Dharma teaches us the art of living and help us to get real happiness, peace and attain salvation.

Q. 06 Why do we teach Namaskar Mantra?

Ans : Namaskar Mantra is our main mantra. It is the essence of fourteen poorv. By chanting it, sin and karma committed in past dissolves and we get peace and tranquility of mind. In this mantra NAMO means VINAY.

Q. 07 What is the caste of Jain Sadhus?

Ans : Those who have renounced all worldily matters and are on the path of salvation and go for self realisation and help others for the same are called Sadhu. They follow the five great rules (Mahavratas), 5 samities (procedure to live divine life). They possess 27 virtues.
